1. Opening of Account:- Account can be opened in multiples of minimum Rs.500/- and further Rs.100/-. Koshi Co-operative reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason. Koshi Co-operative reserves the right to associate / transfer any account with its other branch office / branch office of the Motivator.

2. Duration of the account:- The period of the account will be from 24 months to 60 months.

3. Method of depositing installments: All payments towards Koshi Co-operative will be made by depositing cash against the receipt bearing the signature of the person authorized by the Koshi Co-operative. The depositor himself will be responsible for the amount deposited by means other than the above method. Installments will be deposited regularly every month.

4. Regarding issue of passbook: – A passbook will be made available to each account holder. The entry of the deposit amount will be made by the account holder in the passbook every month. After depositing all the installments, the account holder will return the passbook to the Koshi Co-operative. If there is any difference or difference in the entry made in the passbook and the receipt signed by the Koshi Co-operative’s seal and the authorized officer of the office, then the payment will be made on the basis of ledger.

5. Maturity :- At the end of the period, the account holder member will be credited to the Koshi Co-operative. will be paid along with interest.

6. Nomination of Two Heirs (Double Nominee System):- The account holder can appoint two successors as per his wish, fixing the ratio of the amount received by each successor, but for this declaration should be made at the time of opening the account.

8. In case of loss/destruction of the passbook, on written request by the customer, a duplicate copy will be provided by the Koshi co-operative after verification and correct identification on payment of the Koshi co-operative’s prescribed fee. (fixed fee- 100/- )
